If you run into problems and would like to make a complaint, the first step is to contact the relevant transport provider. If possible, make sure you have your ticket available as you will need to provide information about the service you were using.
If you are unhappy with the response you receive, you can contact Passenger Focus (for trains) or the Bus Appeals Body (for buses).
While GOJO has ideas and advice for everyone, this website has additional detailed regional information on the five cities and wider regions of Exeter, Manchester Newcastle, Nottingham and Sheffield. We chose these regions because overall they have good public transport networks and lots of young people. We hope that GOJO will cover more regions in the future.
